The Live Oak Cottage @ The Porch Downtown

Immerse yourself in downtown Ocean Springs at the Porch on Government Street. Newly renovated, this warm and inviting one bedroom one bathroom cottage allows a perfect retreat romantic enough for a couple ready to enjoy the night life, walks by the beach, or downtown yet comfortable enough to accommodate a family of four looking to experience the many parades and other family-friendly entertainment within walking distance. The Porch is centrally located for quick walking access to the beach, shopping, dining, festivals, and galleries. The Live Oak Suite consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen , spacious walk-in shower, and in-suite laundry. The suite also features a separate living room which includes a full-sized futon sofa sleeper. Our kitchen  includes such amenities as a toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, four burner stove top with oven , refrigerator with freezer. There is also an ice maker ,electric grill on site and large outdoor dining area that seats twelve, along with two firepits for use during your stay. We offer ample off street parking for our guests, free WiFi and organic spa products. Don't forget to tag us with your photo in front of our memory wall, and remember... Magic happens on the Porch!
