Our cottages have a story to tell...  Built in 1910 and newly renovated to meet the needs of even the most discerning traveler with each one bedroom one bath escape boasting all the comforts of home.  From full  kitchens in our stunning Olive Suite, wet bars, cozy fireplaces, and on site laundry - our cottages can comfortably fit a family of four but are romantic enough for a whimsical couples getaway.  Our property is the sort of place you can stay a while and relax with a good novel on one of the spacious porches, or join in on the many activities that are right outside your door in downtown Ocean Springs. 

If you love the idea of sipping coffee from our southern porches, sharing a meal and building memories at the outdoor gathering table that seats 12, or cozying up to your own fireplace, then you have found just the spot. Strike a pose at our boxwood photo wall, watch a parade from the porch, or walk to one of the many restaurants that boast live music. Magic happens on the porch. We can't wait to host you!

The Porch On Government Street - Downtown

Consists of 4 separate, private cottages directly downtown, a quick walk to your favorite restaurants, bars, and events in the area. Each cottage has been revamped to feel warm and inviting for your stay. 

The Olive Suite - Suite A, 1 bed/ 1 bath with sitting room - kitchen, with full-sized fridge and shared laundry on site.

The Cypress Suite - Suite B, 1 bed / 1 bath with sitting room - kitchen, with mini-fridge, and shared laundry on site.

The Live Oak Suite - Suite C, 1 bed / 1 bath with sitting room - kitchen, with mini-fridge, and laundry in suite.

The Magnolia Suite - Suite D, 1 bed / 1 bath - with sitting room, handicap accessible, kitchenette with mini fridge, laundry in suite.
